I have a Managed Plan with LIFTOFF


If you are on a Managed Plan, you canĀ Email support@gainliftoff.com with your questions and requests and your Account Manager will get right back to you as soon as they can. If they are away, or otherwise occupied, one of our other support staff will make sure you are not left waiting!


Alternatively, you can submit a ticket through this portal system by creating an account (if you do not have one) and submitting a ticket directly through the system!


I do not have a Managed Plan with LIFTOFF, but LIFTOFF hosts my website


Without a Managed Plan, we do charge an hourly rate of $150 for the time we put into your request. This includes any research we must do, or investigation into your system (if needed) to determine the best route forward, fixes for any issues that come up, etc.

I do not have any services with LIFTOFF Digital


We only provide development updates and feature additions for sites that are hosted on our platform ($25 per month plus $150 an hour to migrate your site over). Even then, if you have a site that was not developed by LIFTOFF but IS hosted with us, we may still be unable to provide updates or additions based on how your site was developed (we can let you know before moving to our platform).
